► VEGGIE ALPHABET – H – HOME MADE HUMMUS.

A simple recipe:

  • one can of chickpeas
  • juice of one lemon
  • two big heaped tablespoons of tahini
  • teaspoon of all-purpose seasoning
  • half-a-mug of water

… all whizzed up in a blender – might need a bit more water if it stays too thick. Served with a couple of toasted pitta breads.
